Zumba dance - Zumba training experience

Zumba dancing is aerobic dance inspired by Latin dance. The word Zumba comes from a Colombian Word, which means to move quickly and have fun, and this is exactly what I did!

When I went to my first Zumba class I really knew what to expect. With my background in dance, I thought that this would be similar to the dance, classes, I have taken with perhaps a fitness twist.... I was well, for a surprise!

This was perhaps the most fun and exercise, I have never had in a class in an hour and I looovvveeee dance classes (Finally I hope so as I am a Professor of dance), but a Zumba workout is different! It has all the fun elements of a dance class, music, moves, sing a long, ohh your encouraged to sing Yes! But it also has all the benefits of a full on fitness classes or gym session, as you work the muscles of the head to the feet and the best bit is, you do agree that you are experiencing such an explosion. It was not until the next day when you feel a little "sensitive" in some muscles that realize you how much of a workout that you just had.

I was literally, forgive the pun, drops of sweat... attractive I know but which does not leave a class well and really sure they had a great work out. Zumba dance in a Word is just non-stop FUN, unlike a dance course, that there is no break down of steps you follow the teacher from song to song. They are most easily moves with some slightly more difficult lifted for good measure, you can see gives the class a great sense of achievement when mastered. In an hour, we touch on soooo many dance styles, Reggaeton, Salsa, Cumbia, Hip Hop and Merengue to cite some and we still do a bit of Beyonce booty shaking which I like. Zumba music is infectious too; will allow you to dance to some Latin and Zumba tunes a minute and then moving to next chart toppers.

You can easily understand why I could not wait to become a teacher characterized Zumba as myself and I couldn't be happier, I made the move.

The best way to really get this new dance craze is to go take a Zumba class. I get 2-3 times a week as once found is simply not enough, trust me... his addiction. Each teacher has their own style of his extraordinary... for each class will have its own little twist.

We had a jam of Zumba (a room full of teachers Zumba) last weekend, and it was great to see how each teacher differs. It is also a great way for us teachers to remove ideas and put them in our own class.

I am very excited about 2011 and ZUMBA because I just know it will explode! You all need to "training of ditches and to join the party" and you enter a Zumba class pronto... trust you'll thank me me.

We can help you choose the good Zumba class for you and look forward to the Mambo with you soon!
